Christ Episcopal Church is now using Shelby Next for our Directory

ShelbyNext is our on-line portal for church members, providing secure access to the church directory, CEC calendar, giving*, and your contribution history. The Shelby Next Portal also allows you to update your information and connect with other members. The Shelby Next Portal is accessible exclusively by church members who have a valid email address that matches the one in our database. Rest assured that your personal data is secure and other members will only see your contact information. Please DO put your birthdate information. It will remain private, but it is used to send you appropriate emails and information. Currently only the “primary” on your family account can edit information. *You do not need to download the separate Shelby Next Giving app.

You can access the CEC directory either through the Shelby Next App or through the Shelby sign in on the button below. What follows are instructions for signing in via the app and via the website.

ShelbyNEXT Membership App Installation Instructions

Step 1: Get the App

Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for  Shelby Next.

Be sure to choose ShelbyNext-Membership and download to your phone.

Open the App on your phone.

Step 2: Change the Domain

Before you can sign in, you must change the domain. Tap on the word “domain” on the line just above “username.” In place of “domain,” type cecsa

Step 3: Get your initial log in password

For user name type the email that the church has on file for you.

Tap on “forget password?”

Click OK for the system to send you a password. The app will send a password to the email that we have on record in Shelby.

Step 4: Log In and Change Your Password

Once you enter the password that is sent to you, you will be able to change it.
